Charles’ fascination with compelling messages started at The White House Communications Agency during the Regan and Bush Administrations.  Over the past twenty years, he has worked with National Retail and Foodservice companies making sure sales messages convert into purchases.  "It is all about conversion.  If you don’t convert you don’t eat".

In 2010, Charles began testing new ways to make contact with cold prospects.  The pattern making retail messages effective is very close to what makes prospecting messages effective.

Spencer Lambert had never heard of ‘slides’ before he got his first job making them.
That was 20 years ago using a camera and film – the technology has moved on a bit since then, but Spencer hasn’t! He’s run his presentation design consultancy since 1997 and has worked on hundreds, if not thousands of presentations for companies such as Microsoft, Glaxo SmithKline, KPMG, Barclays etc. More recently he’s focussed on working with PE houses reworking portfolio management presentations, working closely with content & performance specialists.
